Following the election of Andrew Cuomo as the Governor of New York, we can expect some hard negoitations ahead for our next
contract. We have to publicize how public employees are actually saving the taxpayers money. Also we should highlight
the waste being expended by unregulated quasi-autonomous non-governmental organization or Quangos. These opportunities for debit
reduction have to be undertaken before the consideration of any layoffs.
